Agustin is married to Leandra Hilari, and father of 4 children: Ruben, Miriam, Roli, and Rosi. He moved to the Siete Estrellas community from Calamarca, Aroma Province, in the Altiplano region, a high, arid plateau near Lake Titicaca in order to improve his life as a coffee farmer. For the last ten years, he has worked hard to improve his coffee quality; and we are delighted to offer a micro-lot from his farm for the second time this year. We have bought his coffee every year since 2014. This coffee is produced under sustainable organic conditions (no chemical fertilizers or pesticides used) and it is certified organic in 2017.
Retail sales (out of Salisbury) are certified by Baystate Organic Certifiers. Wholesale orders (66 lbs. and more) are certified by Ceres, GmbH. There is a $0.10/lb. charge for the wholesale order organic certificate.
