Arrived March 2024. Bagged at origin in 60-kilo GrainPro® bags.
Unfortunately, unless you buy 4+ FULL (132 lbs.) bags we are forced to pass a warehouse fee of $49 per bag. It is cheaper to ship 4+ ( without a warehouse fee) bags via truck (LTL), anywhere. This does not apply to smaller orders.
We first met Mery when she was the manager of her Larecaja-based coffee cooperative in 2013. We were able to recruit her to become our second (and very successful) second manager at our cacao fermentation plant in Sapecho (Buena Vista), Palos Blancos aerea. Unfortunately, because of Covid and loss of market, we were forced to close our cacao plant, which has re-opened in 2022. With her severance payment, Mery bought herself a 15 Hectares parcel in Kantutani and decided to start her own coffee farm. 2023 is her second year of production and we cannot be happier and prouder. Her coffee is outstanding and everyone that tries it, loves it.
We have contracted to buy all of Mery's coffee and we look forward to carrying it for the years to come.
