Invalsa Coffee is one of the few suppliers of direct-trade, single-origin decaf coffees. We buy our decaf coffee directly from producers, and have it de-caffeinated ourselves, using the chemical-free Mountain Water Process.

Because of the additional processing costs, the same quality coffee will always cost more as a decaf. Vendors of decaf at the same price as regular coffee afford this by using lower quality beans to cover for the cost of de-caffeination, which in turns gives decaf a bad name -- a vicious cycle. When decaf customers understand this, we have found that they happily pay the small difference for high-quality decaf. Enjoy!
